Owner, Jeff Castle, completed the rigorous Boston University Genealogical Research program and received a certificate in Forensic Research from the Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh. Jeff has attended multiple National Genealogical Society conferences and is a former editor of the Lowcountry Courier, the newsletter of the Charleston Chapter of the South Carolina Genealogical Society. He served as president of the Scottish Society of Charleston from 2016 to 2017. Along with owning Castle Genealogy, he is also a genealogical researcher for the Past Conflict Repatriations Branch of the U.S. Army and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the National Genealogy Society, the South Carolina Genealogy Society, the South Carolina Historical Society, and the International Society for British Genealogy and Family History.
